Our Flavors

Sweet Corn

Inspired by a trip to Thailand. Sweet corn milk is made using fresh corn on the cob. Once boiled corn cool downs we grate the kernels pureeing it with the reserved corn juice while carefully hand pressing the corn kernels and squeezing out the corn milk through a fine thin cotton fabric.

Creamy, rich, nutty, lightly sweeten & savory

Raspberry Pistachio

Pistachio paste and raspberry jam are made from scratch

Nutty, creamy, buttery, tart

Strawberry

Made using fresh strawberries harvested from local farms in Colorado accompanied with homemade strawberry hibiscus jam

Creamy, tart, hint of sweetness, fresh

Clementine

Use old fashion techniques – made, from hand squeezed naturally sweetened clementine juice, both clementine zest and peels are bathed in warm lactose whole milk

Citrusy, sweet, creamy, taste similar to orange cream soda

Honey Pandan Coconut

Honey is supplied from local honey farms in Colorado. Instead of store bought canned pandan extract, we use fresh pandan leaves. Extracting the juice by hand the way mom used to whenever she made desserts with pandan.

Creamy, sweet and mild vanilla-like flavor with a subtle undertone of rose, and grassy floral aroma

Avocado Durian

Use old fashion techniques – made, from hand squeezed naturally sweetened clementine juice, both clementine zest and peels are bathed in warm lactose whole milk

Citrusy, sweet, creamy, taste similar to orange cream soda

Black Sesame Coffee

Perfect for folks who love coffee and pastry. The best of two worlds in one. In my best friend’s words “OMG, Hmmm… Damn girl this is the bomb! LOL It’s so good! This is my new favorite flavor, thus far. I love coffee! It literally blew me away and knocked me on my feet."

Smooth, bold, bitter, creamy, rich and lightly sweeten

Thai Tea

Silky smooth like Thai silk

Aromatic, creamy, lightly sweeten, smooth

Jasmine Lemon Ginger

Fresh sliced ginger shimmer in delicate jasmine flower tea, complemented with a dash of hand-squeezed fresh lemon juice, a pinch of lemon zest glistening in warm whole milk.

Lemony, creamy, acidic, spicy, sweet, floral fragrance

Peach

Call me crazy if you like!  Towards the last scene of the movie James and the Giant Peach, when the kids of New York City ask him if they can eat his peach. My mouth waters every time I see the children, scooping a handful of ripened peach flesh. The intent here is to create a choux puff filled with creamy and sweet ripe peaches, leaving an impression on customers, making them feel like they are really biting into a mouthwatering ripe peach.

Ube and Taro

Ube and taro are highly popular roots within the Asian community. Ube is used extensively in Pilipino food as well as desserts. Ube is a vivid purple sweet potato, and its relative taro takes on a pale lavender color combined with a starched texture. Both are really delightful and make the perfect pair.

Peanut Butter & Jelly

Creamy chunky peanut butter whipped heavy cream overflowing with fresh strawberry jelly.

Nutty, creamy, smooth, lightly sweeten, and tarty
